Shipping Cost
We want to make our charms and other items accessible to everyone, because of this, we have a policy where we pay for the shipping! Worldwide! So, you don’t have to worry about it, for our customers it will be free.
Processing & Production Times
Custom Orders: Creating a custom charm isn’t a simple process it’s a process that takes time and effort. From designing it, editing to actually assembling it, and of course the final curing of the epoxy, every step takes a lot time, this is because we want to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, custom orders (and items that are not in stock) can take up to 10 days to complete before they are ready to ship.
In-Stock Items: If a product is already made and in stock (whether it’s a non-custom item or a ready-to-ship custom design), we’ll have it on its way much faster. These items are generally shipped within 2 days after payment has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is ready, it will be packaged and shipped to your destination. We offer worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are, we will deliver to your location, cost free!
Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number from the shipping provider once your order has been sent out so you can follow its journey.
