How long will my custom order take to create?

It will usually take up to 10 days.

Custom orders can take up to 10 days to complete. This is because each charm is carefully designed, crafted, and cured to ensure top quality. We want your order to be perfect, so the process does take a little time.

How quickly will my in-stock order be shipped?

It will be shipped within 2 days after completion…

If the item is already in stock or a ready-to-ship custom piece, we’ll ship it out within 2 days of receiving payment. You’ll receive a tracking number from our carrier once it’s on its way!

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

How do I know if a product is ready to ship or has to be custom-made?

Can I get a refund on a custom order?

How do I care for my custom charms?

Our charms are built to last with the highest quality materials, but a little care goes a long way in keeping them in top shape.

Our charms are crafted using the highest quality materials like hardened stainless steel, aircraft-grade aluminum, and a durable epoxy coating, making them incredibly tough and resistant to wear. Under normal conditions, they’re practically unbreakable. However, to ensure they last as long as possible, we recommend avoiding excessive scratching, avoiding excessive force on the paracord connector, and handling them with care.
