Processing & Production Times

Custom Orders: Creating a custom charm isn’t just a simple process—it’s a craft that takes time and precision. From designing and editing to crafting and the final curing of the epoxy, every step takes time to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, custom orders can take up to 10 days to complete before they are ready to ship.

In-Stock Items: If a product is already made and in stock (whether it’s a non-custom item or a ready-to-ship custom design), we’ll have it on its way much faster. These items are shipped within 2 days after payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery
